We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us by phone or email.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to return something within 30 days and get all of your money back if it’s faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
After 30 days, UKT Products can give you a repair or fair replacement, but you’re not entitled to a refund.

Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs if returning your item(s).
Paid Shipping Versus Free Shipping
Shipping costs on items purchased with FREE SHIPPING, are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our cost for shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. If you paid for shipping, your shipping cost will be included in your refund.
When returning an item, be sure to save your tracking information.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
